THE STEVE AUSTIN WORKOUTS

Two different Steve Austins.
Two different workouts...
"The Bottom Line" or "Bionic"!

The Stone Cold Stunner.

Workout:
- Ad lean muscle Mass.
- Gain strength.
- "Hell Yeah!"   /   Be able to take on the Corporation.

Sample:
- Bench press
- Deadlift
- Classic sit up
All done back to back with no rest x 3 sets - 8 to 10 reps.

The Million Dollar Man/Woman.

Workout:
- Extreme toning/conditioning.
- lose weight.
- "Better, Stronger, Faster..."   /   Successfully wrestle a Sasquatch.

Sample:
- Dumb bell rows.
- Squats.
- Weighted sit ups on the 1/2 ball.
20 reps plyo jumps (had to squeeze that one in).
All done back to back with no rest x 3 sets - 16 to 20 reps.


The Steve Austin workout:
Both extremely effective.
Both extremely "cool".
