Taila modeling my 2XXL T-Shirt   Justin Randal, Jesse Ward and Jill Arnow put on another incredible powerlifting meet at Locals gym in Lynnwood Washington. Well attended/organized with an enthusiastic audience and always great announcing - their meets are the best!

While I was away on saturday lifting, Taila excelled at swimming (level 3) and softball (batted 1,000% at her game). She was the real athlete that weekend!

Whether you are over 40 (Me/powerlifting) or under 10 (Taila/everything) there is no better endeavor then participating in the sports you love.

Can't wait for the next one!
